The Vegan Market is back June 30th April 24, 2022 19:52

As things return to normal, we are excited to welcome back The Vegan Market, hosted at none other than the historic Waldorf Hotel.
This summer we will be curating a bi-weekly 100% plant-based market that focuses on food, sustainable brands, and initiatives that have direct impact towards Mother Earth.
Hours of Operation: 6pm - 10pm
Admission: minimal 2$ donation or canned goods, clothing, pet food.

Plant a Seed Program,
Our target goal is to plant 30,000 trees with the help of our consumers and vendors. Every purchase made (over $10) will automatically plant one tree.
This will be happening at every Thursday evening market starting June 30th until September 8th.

Industry Hour,
A designated time where brand ambassadors, restaurant owners, chefs, brokers, and distributors will all be under one roof, sampling the latest dishes, curated by local businesses and sponsors. This concept was created to provide a more direct outlet to the behind the scenes process of the food industry. This is a network opportunity for all that you don't want to miss.

IP Stage,
IP Stage stands for Investment Prophets,  a platform  created for compelling guest speakers to discuss issues that target environmental awareness, mental health, investing, and all related conversations to creating a balanced lifestyle. This concept was designed to strengthen community and personal knowledge through influential talks. Most importantly, this platform is dedicated to challenging ones self-discipline  in taking effective action to creating a more sustainable world.

COVID-19 UPDATE April 28, 2020 15:47

Due to Covid-19 majority of our events have been postponed (Peaces Market, The Vegan Night Market, Vancouver Vegan Festival, and The Vancouver Vegan Film Fest). As we are promised to expect "back to normal" activity rather sooner than later, we are working on creating an essential Vegan Farmers Market to take place in the coming weeks. The Vegan Farmers Market would take place bi-weekly, starting the last week of May till September.

Stay tuned for more information on The Vegan Market-Farmer's Edition.

Toronto's Official Animal Rights March 2018 August 26, 2018 13:10

Each day you have the power to make change. Yesterday was Toronto’s Official Animal Rights March and I’m so proud of myself for attending. It was beyond liberating as I stood beside thousands of stranger faces yet felt more connected and supported then ever before. It was a beautiful movement towards a better world. Sometimes I feel discouraged with the vegan path, enforcing it into my business, wondering if I will be a community that I no longer agree with. Then I realized the applause from others was becoming more important then my improved performance. 🤚🏽Das stupid! Only I have control over my performance. I will never have control over other people’s responses, approval or applause. So, the goal here is to always get better; to appreciate how far you’ve come, but also to keep striving to go further, always making your future bigger then your past. A bigger future demands greater performance on your part. A bigger future requires that your vision stays strong with no doubt, you as an individual keep improving without fear disrupting your mind. Believe in you, believe in the others you surround yourself with and accept that you are worthy of your goals & dreams.

Meet James. He went through a year of silence for the animals. He is a fucken legend, inspiration and amazing person to look up to.

Introducing Vancouver's First All Vegan MarketPlace July 31, 2018 19:30

Travelling back & fourth from Toronto to Vancouver made me appreciate each city for what is truly was. You have Toronto, a city that barely sleeps..a concrete jungle that revolves around money.  It's people are multi cultural, we have Greek Town, China Town, Little Italy...we have an area which proudly accepts and honours the LGBT community (fucking rad) AND to compliment the city even more there is a newly established area dedicated to the Vegans of our city known as Vegandale ( Queen St.W)...
So, to sum up my thoughts of are big and powerful...but not as big and powerful as the BC Mountains.
Now we have Vancouver City, not as big & busy, much more laid back, dogs are accepted everywhere ( major point )and nature will always be the cities focal point. Weather never goes below 0° ( another major point considering Toronto deals with -30° days). Everyone supports local businesses and are conscious of their health as well as enjoy outdoor activities. You have the ocean & the mountains at your doorstep. Personally, it is my ideal city of choice..which is why I've chosen to expand Peaces Market to Van City.
My passion has been animals since I was born and could not think of a better life purpose then to build a community that believes in vegan alternatives. Vancouver's first all vegan MarketPlace will feature foods, clothing, bath & body, home decor, jewelry  &  so much more. Dedicated to the animals, we create awareness, and outlets for the curious and ethically minded.
All NPO's are welcomed free of charge.
Our admission at every event is canned goods, clothing & pet food
+ there will always be good music LOUD & on repeat.
Our goal is to create a chill atmosphere with consistent, ever-changing brand exposure.

Peaces Night Market October 22, 2017 11:37

Our good friends at Bloke gave us a place to call home for the next couple months...Here is a recap of our first Night Market at 401 King St.W.
Literally in the heart of Toronto's Fashion District.
Surrounded by beautiful people, chill tunes and awesome local brands.
Every market we host we raise money for  different non for profits...This specific market was a little different.. We  raised money for a strong individual who was on her 5th year battling cancer.... Unfortunately it took her life in early August.
RIP Janice.

The Ultimate Speech October 5, 2017 07:00

The worst feeling is to feel powerless. We see hate, blood and people being taken advantage all around. We get so caught up in the abundance of negativity pressing down on our souls that we forget why we were put on this planet.
You and the person beside you do not deserve a life of cruelty, a life without hope...We as much as our future children deserve a life lived to its fullest...a life surrounded by happiness, good health, good morals, fair laws, safety. Our Government no longer works to provide a sustainable life for the people. Our Government is fixated on a War that they DO NOT want to end. They are fuelling a fire that is being lit by what is being taken from the people which is our money.
We do not want war to continue. Soldiers should be with their family.
We do not need guns. Guns should not be legally accessible to anyone.. they cut, wound & kill.
At a time in history where we are loosing faith in mankind...the only act of change is buried within us...we must unite.
We the people are so very powerful.
Love lies within us.
The love for Humanity is stronger then any machine man with machine minds and machine hearts.
There will be peace.

I’m sorry, but I don’t want to be an emperor. That’s not my business. I don’t want to rule or conquer anyone. I should like to help everyone if possible- Jew, Gentile, black men, white…
We all want to help one another. Human beings are like that. We want to live by each others’ happiness, not by each other’s misery. We don’t want to hate and despise one another. In this world there is room for everyone. And the good earth is rich and can provide for everyone. The way of life can be free and beautiful, but we have lost the way
Greed has poisoned men’s souls; has barricaded the world with hate; has goose-stepped us into misery and bloodshed. We have developed speed, but we have shut ourselves in. Machinery that gives abundance has left us in want. Our knowledge has made us cynical; our cleverness, hard and unkind.
We think too much and feel too little. More than machinery ,we need humanity. More than cleverness, we need kindness and gentleness. Without these qualities, life will be violent and all will be lost. The aeroplane and the radio have brought us closer together. The very nature of these inventions cries out for the goodness in man; cries out for universal brotherhood; for the unity of us all.
Even now my voice is reaching millions throughout the world, millions of despairing men, women, and little children, victims of a system that makes men torture and imprison innocent people.
To those who can hear me, I say “Do not despair.”
The misery that is now upon us is but the passing of greed, the bitterness of men who fear the way of human progress. The hate of men will pass, and dictators die, and the power they took from the people will return to the people. And so long as men die, liberty will never perish.
Soldiers! Don’t give yourselves to brutes, men who despise you and enslave you; who regiment your lives, tell you what to do, what to think and what to feel! Who drill you, diet you, treat you like cattle, use you as cannon fodder!
Don’t give yourselves to these unnatural men—machine men with machine minds and machine hearts! You are not machines! You are not cattle! You are men! You have a love of humanity in your hearts! You don’t hate!
Only the unloved hate; the unloved and the unnatural.
Soldiers! Don’t fight for slavery! Fight for liberty!
In the seventeenth chapter of St. Luke, it’s written “the kingdom of God is within man”, not one man nor a group of men, but in all men! In you! You, the people, have the power, the power to create machines, the power to create happiness! You, the people, have the power to make this life free and beautiful, to make this life a wonderful adventure. Then in the name of democracy, let us use that power.
Let us all unite.
Let us fight for a new world, a decent world that will give men a chance to work, that will give youth a future and old age a security. By the promise of these things, brutes have risen to power. But they lie! They do not fulfill their promise. They never will!
Dictators free themselves but they enslave the people!
Now let us fight to fulfill that promise! Let us fight to free the world! To do away with national barriers! To do away with greed, with hate and intolerance!
Let us fight for a world of reason, a world where science and progress will lead to all men’s happiness.
Soldiers, in the name of democracy, let us all unite!

Who We Are... September 30, 2017 19:34

We held an Artisan Market at Fort York National Historic Site for their On Common Ground Festival. Celebrating Canada's 150 Birthday we brought together a couple of our favourite local brands here in Toronto...Majority of our family gives back to the community, to the planet and is locally & ethically sourced.
We continue to welcome all Canadian Creators.
