Where is the Vegan Night Market located?
The Vegan Night Market is hosted at the Waldorf Hotel, situated at Hastings and Clark in East Vancouver as well as Locarno Beach. During the summer, we utilize The Waldorf Hotel Parking lot and Jericho Beachfront, and in the cooler months, we make use of both indoor and outdoor spaces at The Waldorf Hotel.
How often does the Vegan Night Market take place?
Starting in June, we follow a bi-weekly schedule until September. For the fall, winter, and spring months, we curate events on a bi-monthly basis.

That's fantastic! We'd love to have you. We have just one criterion: your business, product range, or menu must be entirely vegan or plant-based. This means no use or sale of animal products, including meat, dairy, eggs, honey, fur, wool, and no animal testing. You can apply for a stall on our website in the "Apply" section.
How much does it cost to have a stall at the Vegan Night Market?
We are committed to making the Vegan Night Market a thriving space for small vegan businesses. Our prices are as follows:
- Indoor Stall (6ft x 3ft): $200
- Outdoor Stall (10ft x 10ft): $200
- Outdoor Stall (6ft x 5ft): $150
- Food Cart / Trailer: $225
- Food Truck: $200 + %5 of sales
- Not for Profit: Free

What do I need to bring with me to sell at the Vegan Night Market?
All stalls must bring the necessary equipment for outdoor/indoor sales, including tables, electrical supply, tent, 4 x 10kg weights, displays, hand-washing station, card reader, etc. Food stalls must also adhere to the requirements of the Vancouver Coastal Health Department and complete a Temporary Food Service Application. We strive to be as plastic-free as possible, so please ensure that all plates, utensils, cups, straws, serving trays, etc., are compostable.
How many servings should I bring?
Estimating the number of servings can be challenging, but we recommend bringing 150-300 serves if your production capacity allows.
Is there on-site parking?
We have parking space for load in/out purposes, but vendors are required to park in surrounding areas, which offer free parking, 2-hour parking, etc.
Is there Wi-Fi?
We offer complimentary indoor Wi-Fi, but its strength can vary within different areas of the venue. We cannot guarantee a strong connection, so we recommend using your own data. There is no Wi-Fi available for outdoor vendors.
Is there an ATM on-site?
Yes, we have an on-site ATM. However, we recommend contactless transactions such as debit, Visa, and e-transfer for convenience.
